- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, milk, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken breasts in the baking dish and pour the sauce evenly over them.
- Sprinkle with paprika if desired, and cover the dish with foil.
- Bake for 45–55 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Let rest for a few minutes, then serve with rice, mashed potatoes, or crusty bread.
