Cajun Honey Butter Salmon

This Cajun Honey Butter Salmon is a perfect combination of spicy, sweet, and savory flavors. Tender, flaky salmon is coated with a zesty Cajun seasoning and caramelized with a rich honey butter glaze.

Equipment

  • Nonstick skillet or cast iron pan
  • Small mixing bowl
  • Basting brush
  • Measuring spoons

Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Lemon wedges and parsley

Instructions
 

  • Season salmon with Cajun seasoning.
  • Sear salmon skin-side down in olive oil until crispy. Flip and cook for 2–3 minutes.
  • Melt butter in skillet, stir in garlic and honey.
  • Return salmon to skillet, baste with glaze, and cook for 1–2 minutes.
  • Serve with lemon wedges and garnish as desired.
