Cajun Honey Butter Salmon
This Cajun Honey Butter Salmon is a perfect combination of spicy, sweet, and savory flavors. Tender, flaky salmon is coated with a zesty Cajun seasoning and caramelized with a rich honey butter glaze.
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Lemon wedges and parsley
Season salmon with Cajun seasoning.
Sear salmon skin-side down in olive oil until crispy. Flip and cook for 2–3 minutes.
Melt butter in skillet, stir in garlic and honey.
Return salmon to skillet, baste with glaze, and cook for 1–2 minutes.
Serve with lemon wedges and garnish as desired.
