- Season salmon with Cajun seasoning.
- Sear salmon skin-side down in olive oil until crispy. Flip and cook for 2–3 minutes.
- Melt butter in skillet, stir in garlic and honey.
- Return salmon to skillet, baste with glaze, and cook for 1–2 minutes.
- Serve with lemon wedges and garnish as desired.
