Method
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil, cook egg noodles, and drain.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a skillet. Sear chicken for 5–7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Remove chicken, add remaining butter and garlic to the skillet, and sauté.
- Toss noodles in garlic butter. Season with salt and pepper.
- Slice chicken, serve over noodles with parsley and Parmesan.
