  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 8 –10 tortillas
  • 1 cup enchilada sauce
  • Spices

  • 9x13-inch baking dish
  • Medium saucepan
  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix chicken, cream cheese, half the cheeses, and spices.
  3. Fill tortillas with mixture, roll, and place in dish.
  4. Top with enchilada sauce and remaining cheese.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes and serve.
