Ingredients
  

  • 1 large head of cauliflower cut into florets
  • 3 cloves garlic peeled
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 3 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream or substitute with coconut milk for a dairy-free version
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika optional
  • Fresh parsley or chives for garnish

Method
 

  1. Roast cauliflower and garlic until tender and golden.
