Fried S’mores Bombs

Fried S’mores Bombs are a crispy, gooey delight that’s irresistibly nostalgic and incredibly fun to eat. Imagine biting into a golden, crispy exterior only to discover a warm, melty center filled with luscious chocolate, fluffy marshmallows, and the classic crunch of graham crackers.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 full-sized marshmallows
  • 12 small squares of milk or dark chocolate
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Optional: powdered sugar chocolate sauce, or caramel sauce for garnish

Equipment

  • Deep fryer or large heavy-bottomed pot
  • Slotted spoon
  • Medium mixing bowl
  • Rolling pin or food processor (for crushing graham crackers)
  • Small bowls for dredging
  • Paper towels (for draining excess oil)

Method
 

  1. Crush the graham crackers into fine crumbs and set aside.
  2. Press a small chocolate square into each marshmallow and reshape to cover the chocolate.
  3. Set up a dredging station with flour, egg and milk mixture, and crushed graham crackers.
  4. Coat each marshmallow in flour, then egg mixture, and finally, graham cracker crumbs.
  5. Heat oil in a deep fryer or pot to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Fry marshmallow bombs for 20-30 seconds or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
  7. Serve warm with optional garnishes like powdered sugar or chocolate sauce.
