Gooey Mozzarella Biscuit Bombs are the ultimate comfort food bite—golden, buttery biscuits filled with melty mozzarella cheese, brushed with garlic butter, and baked to perfection.

Measuring cups and spoons
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough about 8 biscuits
- 4 oz mozzarella cheese cut into small cubes or use mozzarella string cheese, cut into sections
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter melted
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Optional: Marinara sauce for dipping
Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Flatten Biscuits: Separate biscuits and flatten each one slightly.
Add Cheese: Place a piece of mozzarella in the center of each biscuit, then fold and seal into a ball.
Garlic Butter Coating: Mix melted butter, garlic, and Italian seasoning. Brush over the biscuit bombs.
Bake: Arrange on the baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
