Gooey Mozzarella Biscuit Bombs are the ultimate comfort food bite—golden, buttery biscuits filled with melty mozzarella cheese, brushed with garlic butter, and baked to perfection.

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Small mixing bowl
  • Pastry brush (for garlic butter)
  • Spoon or small scoop for filling
  • Measuring cups and spoons

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough about 8 biscuits
  • 4 oz mozzarella cheese cut into small cubes or use mozzarella string cheese, cut into sections
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Optional: Marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Flatten Biscuits: Separate biscuits and flatten each one slightly.
  • Add Cheese: Place a piece of mozzarella in the center of each biscuit, then fold and seal into a ball.
  • Garlic Butter Coating: Mix melted butter, garlic, and Italian seasoning. Brush over the biscuit bombs.
  • Bake: Arrange on the baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
