Equipment

  • Large mixing bowl
  • Electric mixer or whisk
  • Trifle bowl or large glass bowl
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Rubber spatula

Ingredients
  

  • 2 packages instant vanilla or cheesecake pudding mix
  • 3 cups milk for pudding mix
  • 1 container whipped topping or homemade whipped cream
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers or vanilla wafers
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • Optional: 8 oz cream cheese softened

Instructions
 

  • Prepare pudding according to package directions and set aside to thicken.
  • In a separate bowl, mix softened cream cheese with half of the whipped topping if you want a denser layer.
  • In a large trifle bowl, layer crushed cookies, pudding, whipped topping or cream cheese mixture, and berries. Repeat layers until bowl is filled, ending with a whipped topping layer.
  • Garnish with berries and extra cookie crumbs. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
