Mississippi Mud Potatoes

- 4 large russet or Yukon Gold potatoes cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley or green onions for garnish
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Wash, peel (if desired), and cube the potatoes.
