Pillsbury Biscuit Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs
Pillsbury Biscuit Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs are a wonderfully indulgent, ooey-gooey treat perfect for any gathering or just a cozy night in. They are irresistibly fluffy, thanks to the soft biscuit dough, and they come bursting with melty cheese in every bite.
Baking sheet
Parchment paper or a silicone baking mat
Mixing bowl
Microwave-safe bowl for melting butter
Pastry brush
Cheese grater (if using block cheese)
- 1 can 16.3 oz Pillsbury Grands! Flaky Layers biscuits
- 8 oz mozzarella cheese cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese optional
- Salt to taste
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Assemble Cheese Bombs: Separate the biscuit dough and flatten each piece slightly. Place a mozzarella cube in the center, wrap the dough around it, and pinch to seal.
Arrange on Baking Sheet: Place the dough balls seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Prepare Garlic Butter: Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Stir in minced garlic, chopped parsley, and salt.
Brush with Butter: Generously brush the garlic butter over each dough ball.
Bake: Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Add Finishing Touches: Brush with remaining garlic butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
