Pillsbury Biscuit Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs

Pillsbury Biscuit Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs are a wonderfully indulgent, ooey-gooey treat perfect for any gathering or just a cozy night in. They are irresistibly fluffy, thanks to the soft biscuit dough, and they come bursting with melty cheese in every bite.

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper or a silicone baking mat
  • Mixing bowl
  • Microwave-safe bowl for melting butter
  • Pastry brush
  • Cheese grater (if using block cheese)

Ingredients

  • 1 can 16.3 oz Pillsbury Grands! Flaky Layers biscuits
  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese optional

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  • Assemble Cheese Bombs: Separate the biscuit dough and flatten each piece slightly. Place a mozzarella cube in the center, wrap the dough around it, and pinch to seal.
  • Arrange on Baking Sheet: Place the dough balls seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Prepare Garlic Butter: Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Stir in minced garlic, chopped parsley, and salt.
  • Brush with Butter: Generously brush the garlic butter over each dough ball.
  • Bake: Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Add Finishing Touches: Brush with remaining garlic butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
