- Cook pasta; drain and set aside.
- Season and sear steak medallions; set aside.
- Make Alfredo sauce by melting butter, adding garlic, and whisking in cream and Parmesan.
- Top steak with gorgonzola cheese and cover to melt.
- Toss pasta with Alfredo sauce, plate, and top with steak.
- Garnish and serve warm.
