This Savory Steak Gorgonzola Alfredo is a luxurious dish that combines tender steak medallions, a rich gorgonzola topping, and a velvety Parmesan Alfredo sauce.

Ingredients
  

  • For the Steak:
  • 1 lb steak medallions
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • ½ cup gorgonzola cheese
  • For the Alfredo Sauce:
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • For Serving:
  • 12 oz pasta
  • Fresh parsley

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta; drain and set aside.
  • Season and sear steak medallions; set aside.
  • Make Alfredo sauce by melting butter, adding garlic, and whisking in cream and Parmesan.
  • Top steak with gorgonzola cheese and cover to melt.
  • Toss pasta with Alfredo sauce, plate, and top with steak.
  • Garnish and serve warm.
