- For the Steak:
- 1 lb steak medallions
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
- ½ cup gorgonzola cheese
- For the Alfredo Sauce:
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- For Serving:
- 12 oz pasta
- Fresh parsley
Cook pasta; drain and set aside.
Season and sear steak medallions; set aside.
Make Alfredo sauce by melting butter, adding garlic, and whisking in cream and Parmesan.
Top steak with gorgonzola cheese and cover to melt.
