Prepare the Carrots:
Peel and slice whole carrots into 2-inch pieces, or use baby carrots straight from the bag.
Mix the Glaze:
In a mixing bowl, combine maple syrup, brown sugar, melted butter, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until well mixed.
Combine in Slow Cooker:
Place the carrots in the slow cooker. Pour the glaze mixture over the top, ensuring the carrots are evenly coated.
Cook on Low or High:
Cook on low for 6–7 hours or on high for 3–4 hours, stirring halfway through to distribute the glaze.
The carrots should be tender and coated in a thick, glossy glaze.
Serve Warm:
Transfer the carrots to a serving dish and drizzle any remaining glaze from the slow cooker over the top.
