- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Form into patties.
- Sear patties in a skillet until browned, 2–3 minutes per side.
- Sauté onions in the same skillet. Add mushroom soup, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce; whisk until smooth.
- Arrange patties in the baking dish and pour sauce over them.
- Cover and bake for 30–35 minutes until bubbly and cooked through.
