These Peanut Butter Balls with Rice Krispies

These Peanut Butter Balls with Rice Krispies are a delightful, no-bake treat that’s perfect for any occasion! Each bite combines creamy peanut butter with a crispy, light texture from Rice Krispies, all coated in a smooth chocolate shell.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract optional
  • 1 1/2 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips semi-sweet or milk chocolate

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, powdered sugar, butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  • Gently fold in Rice Krispies until evenly mixed.
  • Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to firm.
  • Melt chocolate chips in the microwave in 20-second intervals until smooth.
  • Dip each ball into melted chocolate, coating fully. Allow excess to drip off.
  • Place coated balls on parchment paper and let chocolate set.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
