These Peanut Butter Balls with Rice Krispies are a delightful, no-bake treat that’s perfect for any occasion! Each bite combines creamy peanut butter with a crispy, light texture from Rice Krispies, all coated in a smooth chocolate shell.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract optional
  • 1 1/2 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips semi-sweet or milk chocolate

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, powdered sugar, butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in Rice Krispies until evenly mixed.
  3. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to firm.
  5. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave in 20-second intervals until smooth.
  6. Dip each ball into melted chocolate, coating fully. Allow excess to drip off.
  7. Place coated balls on parchment paper and let chocolate set.
  8. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
