- 2 –4 lobster tails
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
- Lemon wedges for serving
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Cut lobster shells lengthwise, carefully lift meat on top.
In a saucepan, melt butter, add garlic, paprika, and lemon juice.
Brush lobster tails with butter mixture, season with salt and pepper.
Bake for 8–10 minutes, then broil for 1–2 minutes for extra color.
Garnish with parsley, serve with lemon wedges and melted butter.
