- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Cut lobster shells lengthwise, carefully lift meat on top.
- In a saucepan, melt butter, add garlic, paprika, and lemon juice.
- Brush lobster tails with butter mixture, season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes, then broil for 1–2 minutes for extra color.
- Garnish with parsley, serve with lemon wedges and melted butter.
