Ingredients
  

  • 2 –4 lobster tails
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Cut lobster shells lengthwise, carefully lift meat on top.
  • In a saucepan, melt butter, add garlic, paprika, and lemon juice.
  • Brush lobster tails with butter mixture, season with salt and pepper.
  • Bake for 8–10 minutes, then broil for 1–2 minutes for extra color.
  • Garnish with parsley, serve with lemon wedges and melted butter.
