Method
- Prepare the graham cracker crust by mixing crumbs with melted butter. Press into a 9x13 inch pan and chill.
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in well-drained crushed pineapple and whipped topping.
- Spread filling over crust. Add an optional top layer of whipped topping and garnish if desired.
- Chill for 2-3 hours. Slice and serve.
