This No-Bake Pineapple Dream Dessert is a light, creamy treat that brings a taste of the tropics to your table. Ingredients
  

  • For the Crust:
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • For the Filling:
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 20 oz can crushed pineapple well-drained
  • 8 oz whipped topping like Cool Whip
  • Optional Topping:
  • Extra whipped topping
  • Graham cracker crumbs or shredded coconut

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the graham cracker crust by mixing crumbs with melted butter. Press into a 9x13 inch pan and chill.
  • Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in well-drained crushed pineapple and whipped topping.
  • Spread filling over crust. Add an optional top layer of whipped topping and garnish if desired.
  • Chill for 2-3 hours. Slice and serve.
