This No-Bake Pineapple Dream Dessert
This No-Bake Pineapple Dream Dessert is a light, creamy treat that brings a taste of the tropics to your table. With layers of buttery graham cracker crust, a creamy pineapple-infused filling, and a whipped topping, it's perfect for warm-weather gatherings or anytime you’re craving a cool, refreshing dessert.
- For the Crust:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- For the Filling:
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 20 oz can crushed pineapple well-drained
- 8 oz whipped topping like Cool Whip
- Optional Topping:
- Extra whipped topping
- Graham cracker crumbs or shredded coconut
Prepare the graham cracker crust by mixing crumbs with melted butter. Press into a 9x13 inch pan and chill.
Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in well-drained crushed pineapple and whipped topping.
Spread filling over crust. Add an optional top layer of whipped topping and garnish if desired.
Chill for 2-3 hours. Slice and serve.
